Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's eternal truth. Kelleman, Viars).
